We’ve had some questions about Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) that we are keen to address.

As a wildlife-friendly developer we have always been focused on achieving the highest possible BNG at each of our sites. We hope to meet our target of 20% BNG at Parc Worlton, thanks largely to work with our charity partners and their input throughout the design process.

We’re eagerly awaiting the results of our Biodiversity Metric Assessment, which we commissioned in June 2023. Once we have the results we will share them here, so keep checking back.

UPDATE: We are delighted to announce that the Biodiversity Metric Assessment has now been completed, and if approved, Parc Worlton should achieve a 55% BNG.
